ENLISTING COMMITTED LEADERS:  Perhaps no element of a stewardship campaign is more important than the enlistment and training of the lay leaders. Just about everything in the church rises or falls on leadership, and a church will go no further than its leaders are willing to take it.

The present leadership of a church is always tested during a building or stewardship campaign. We work with the minister and others in the selection of leaders. Offering our advice and assistance in this important area. Proper enlistment and training of the leaders is a vital part of our work.
